Shipping & delivery
Free shipping is available for orders delivered to the contiguous United States (48 states and Washington, D.C.). Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories are excluded.
We ship from our U.S. warehouse. In-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Time (CT) on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on a non-business day ship the next business day.
Orders are expected to arrive within 2–5 business days after ordering. Carrier delays may affect delivery. Contact elsapartyworld@gmail.com for shipping questions.
International shipping
International shipping is US$100 per item, based on the quantity ordered. Each set sold as one product counts as one item. Estimated delivery is around 10 days after dispatch; customs processing and carrier delays may affect arrival. Available destinations include Mexico, Canada and Europe, subject to carrier service. The U.S. 2–5 business-day estimate applies only to eligible U.S. orders.
Destination availability is subject to carrier service. Contact us if your delivery country cannot be processed. Import duties and taxes, if applicable, are separate from the shipping charge.
